About The Position
Kontoor Brands is looking for a Director, Global Brand Creative to join our team. The Brand Creative Director for the Lee brand is a key leadership role responsible for establishing, guiding, and curating how the brand shows up to the consumer across all advertising and marketing touchpoints. You will set the creative direction for the brand on a global and seasonal basis and be responsible for driving the brand's point of view through marketing. Your creative leadership will inspire storytelling that is emotionally, culturally relevant and unique to the brand. This leader will report to the Global VP of Marketing and will help establishing and evolve the brand equity and visual identity. Helping to bring creative vision to life, this person will guide storytelling and consumer engagement, and ensure consistency of all marketing touchpoints on a global basis. The leader must be able to lead a large team global team, create inspiring creative cultures and environments, and building distinct brand equities in consumers' minds.
