Requirements

  • 5-10 years in brand content and social media
  • Experience owning global social accounts for a premium consumer or tech brand
  • Proven ability to build brand-defining content, not just viral posts

Nice To Haves

  • Background in AI, consumer tech, hardware, or SaaS brands strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own global brand narrative pillars, and editorial direction
  • Translate brand strategy into clear brand content systems (themes, formats, cadence)
  • Build long-term storytelling arcs
  • Lead strategy for single global accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
  • Balance brand equity building + performance-aware content
  • Partner with brand, product marketing, integrated marketing, and sales teams
  • Set the creative bar for all social and brand content
  • Approve content with a brand-first, global lens
  • Ensure visual, tone, and narrative coherence across markets
  • Define brand’s UGC strategy
  • Partner with Influencer, PR, and Community teams to surface authentic user stories and turn customers into advocates
  • Build repeatable frameworks for UGC storytelling at scale
  • Build and lead a small, elite global social media team
  • Create clear workflows, content calendars, and review processes
  • Make data-informed decisions without compromising brand taste
