About The Position
The Senior Vice President of Global Benefits at Aon is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of a team of experienced consultants. Reporting directly to the Global Benefits North America Leader, the role is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in international or non-US benefits, particularly within an HR consulting or professional services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the business strategy and growth of the North America market, which includes managing and developing a team of consultants, mentoring junior members, and driving new business development initiatives. In this role, the Senior Vice President will lead large client relationships and complex projects, ensuring end-to-end project delivery while providing technical expertise in various areas such as global benefits strategy, benefit audits, benchmarking, and risk management. The position requires a deep understanding of global benefits to enhance Aon's intellectual capital and to partner with other solution lines within the organization to promote global benefits and develop new business opportunities. The role also involves keeping abreast of market activities and innovations to enhance Aon's offerings and educate clients effectively.
