As our Global Benefits Sales Strategist on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll build and maintain key client and colleague relationships positioning you as a vital partner in helping them achieve their specific goals and objectives. You will drive consistency in the sales approach to ensure the smooth delivery of global benefits placements, coordination of benefits with local countries and to provide value to the client in a differentiated way. You will build relationships with regional Employee Health & Benefits practice leaders and producers to review current clients and prospect to identify global opportunities. Additionally, you will research and understand global trends to promote thought leadership that will benefit our clients, prospects and colleagues. You will oversee day-to-day consulting activities for client teams, including renewal processes, analyses, and country-specific renewal reporting. Collaborating with the client team to develop comprehensive project plans and budgets, you will work closely with consultants in various countries as needed. You will serve as the primary daily contact for assigned clients, attending meetings as required to maintain strong relationships and lead or support special projects related to benefit plan strategy, design, management and governance.
