About The Position

As a Global Benefits Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs within our Aerospace business. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings align with the company's overall compensation and benefits strategy. By managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, you will contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees. You will report directly to our VP Global Benefits, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring that our benefits programs are competitive, comprehensive, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in global benefits administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Experience with benefits administration systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to global employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a global and diverse organization.
