About The Position

Aon invites ambitious college rising seniors to join their 2026 Summer Internship Program on the Health & Benefits Solutions team. This 10-week paid program, offered across various U.S. offices, provides an immersive experience in a career with global reach and tangible client impact. Interns will engage in challenging client projects, receive continuous formal and informal feedback, and participate in social outings and community service activities. The program aims to develop practical skills vital for future success and postgraduate opportunities, fostering an understanding of exceeding client expectations and delivering distinct products and services. It also prepares interns for short-term and long-term career opportunities, including Aon’s Launch Program upon graduation. Aon's Global Benefits consultants work through the Aon Global Health network to help clients solve the unique and ever-changing landscape of international benefits, leveraging knowledge from local country experts with a global point of view. They assist organizations in optimizing employee benefits amidst expanding employee needs, a competitive talent market, and rising benefits costs. Their consultative approach combines strategic insights from extensive data analytics and actuarial capabilities with innovative solutions to help clients mitigate risk, reduce cost, and increase employee engagement. The role addresses constant challenges multinational companies face as they globalize and expand their international workforce, such as corporate governance, the need for operational and cost efficiency/improved margins, increased complexity of managing employee benefits and compensation globally in a consistent manner, and balancing central control of employee benefit programs with ensuring appropriate benefit packages for each locale.

Requirements

  • Rising seniors graduating between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • The ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
  • Client and business results oriented focus
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Desire to learn and display Aon’s values including acting with integrity and displaying a client, colleague and community commitment
  • Adaptability – quick learner
  • Mature and professional demeanor with a Positive attitude
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
