Aon invites ambitious college rising seniors to join their 2026 Summer Internship Program on the Health & Benefits Solutions team. This 10-week paid program, offered across various U.S. offices, provides an immersive experience in a career with global reach and tangible client impact. Interns will engage in challenging client projects, receive continuous formal and informal feedback, and participate in social outings and community service activities. The program aims to develop practical skills vital for future success and postgraduate opportunities, fostering an understanding of exceeding client expectations and delivering distinct products and services. It also prepares interns for short-term and long-term career opportunities, including Aon’s Launch Program upon graduation. Aon's Global Benefits consultants work through the Aon Global Health network to help clients solve the unique and ever-changing landscape of international benefits, leveraging knowledge from local country experts with a global point of view. They assist organizations in optimizing employee benefits amidst expanding employee needs, a competitive talent market, and rising benefits costs. Their consultative approach combines strategic insights from extensive data analytics and actuarial capabilities with innovative solutions to help clients mitigate risk, reduce cost, and increase employee engagement. The role addresses constant challenges multinational companies face as they globalize and expand their international workforce, such as corporate governance, the need for operational and cost efficiency/improved margins, increased complexity of managing employee benefits and compensation globally in a consistent manner, and balancing central control of employee benefit programs with ensuring appropriate benefit packages for each locale.
