About the Internship Are you passionate about the future of HR and how technology can simplify complex information? We are looking for a Global Benefits Intern to join our team for a high-impact role. You won’t just be managing paperwork, you’ll be at the forefront of modernizing our global benefits delivery. In this role, you will help streamline operations using AI, document internal processes, and find creative ways to make benefits offerings more accessible and engaging for our global workforce. What You’ll Get to Do This role is built on three core pillars: AI-Powered Communication, Operational Excellence (SOPs), and Employee Engagement. 1. AI & Communication Innovation Draft & Refine: Support the team with communications, ensuring they are clear and polished, inclusive, consistent, and tailored to diverse employee audiences. Modernize Templates: Audit existing communication templates and collaborate with the team to modernize them, making them more visually appealing and easier to digest. 2. SOP Development & Optimization Process Mapping: Work with subject matter experts to document complex benefits workflows into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain Knowledge Base: In collaboration with People Operations, update internal documentation to ensure we are operating with the latest information, reducing friction in daily benefits administration. 3. Employee Engagement & Experience Webinar Coordination: Partner with the AV/Internal Communications team to organize and promote employee-facing webinars, ensuring everything from the tech setup to the Q&A runs smoothly. Website Revamp: Act as a "user-tester" and content contributor for the benefits website revamp, ensuring the navigation and information architecture are intuitive for the end-user. 4. General Support Stretching to support the team regionally with renewals. Support with Procurement and Security vendor protocols. Other duties as assigned. Clear Communicator: You can take a complex topic, like "How a 401k works" or "Global Leave Policy", and explain it in a way that feels human and simple. Detail-Oriented: You take pride in documentation. You are the person who notices if a step in a process is missing or outdated. Collaborative Spirit: You’re comfortable working across departments, including AV teams and People team stakeholders outside of Benefits, to get things done. Our interns have the opportunity to build a strong community - with their fellow interns, within their teams, and with the broader company. We want you to grow professionally and you’ll do that through participating in events like our Executive Speaker Series and Brown Bags. And of course, we want you to have fun too. We offer 12 week internships in the U.S. in the Summer. You may choose from the following options: May 26 – August 14 or June 15 – September 4.
