Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, International Studies, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
• Experience with operations tools and technologies for financial services, including JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management experience in system design and process reengineering.
• Experience leading business intelligence initiatives to increase operational efficiency using tools like Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, and Tableau.
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and deliver on business intelligence projects.
• Experience preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and communicating project requirements to stakeholders.
• Developed expertise in financial products and processes with the ability to review and extract key attributes from legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for deal origination including submission of conflicts checks and project creation.
• Assist in legal staffing for NDAs and review deal documents.
• Systematically set up key transaction terms.
• Support deal securitization through vendor data requests and drafting funds flow for settlement.
• Deliver on operations business transformation projects by reviewing processes and automating reporting.
• Provide guidance on operational processes affecting deal activity.
• Serve as point of contact for system functionality.
