We're looking for a Global Banking Senior Audit Manager to: • plan, lead and execute audits and issue assurances • highlight w controls are functioning well or w UBS needs to act to better manage current and emerging risks, and escalate any significant concerns • w relevant, develop issues and audit reports according to our internal standards that are fully supported by the work done and agree them with relevant stakeholders • as a subject matter expert, actively perform continuous risk assessments of in scope businesses • Proactively and successfully collaborate with peers in and across audit teams • build and maintain constructive relationships with colleagues and relevant stakeholders at all levels including senior management Detailed salary information: • New York: the salary range for this role is $140000 to $188000 The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You'll be working in the Global Banking Audit team within the Investment Bank Audit Stream in New York or Stamford focusing on auditing businesses such as Leveraged Capital Markets, Corporate Lending, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate Finance, Debt and Equity Capital Markets. Requirements

• bachelor or master degree or equivalent focusing on finance, business administration or accounting / auditing
• ideally 7 years of experience in capital markets or sales and trading activities preferably in internal auditing within the investment banking sector,
• strong analytical skills and quantitative approach to problem solving
• able to quickly understandplex processes and challenge the status quo, identifying risks and inadequacies in processes
• willingness to keep up with industry, regulatory developments and learn new concepts and methods
• ability to effectivelymunicate with senior stakeholders
• ideally has familiarity with data analytics tools
