The Global Associate Vice President of Branded Residential is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic execution and operational excellence of the branded residential business across all phases—from pre-development through long-term operations. This role will drive performance and alignment across development planning, service delivery, legal and regulatorypliance, HOA administration owner experience, and financial oues —ensuring the residential portfolio meets the standards of world-class hospitality brands.
