Handle incoming calls from American Express Card Members experiencing travel emergencies.
Provide real-time assistance for issues such as lost luggage, emergency cash wire transfers, hotel check-ins, and replacing lost or stolen passports.
Act quickly to resolve client emergencies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to solve complex problems within established protocols.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor when responding to high-end clientele.

International travel experience and knowledge of geography.
Proven experience in customer support or the travel industry.

Hybrid work model
Shift differential of $3/hour for nights and weekends
Competitive salary ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience
