  • Provide real-time assistance for issues such as lost luggage, emergency cash wire transfers, hotel check-ins, and replacing lost or stolen passports.
  • Act quickly to resolve client emergencies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to solve complex problems within established protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor when responding to high-end clientele.
  • International travel experience and knowledge of geography.
