About The Position
The Duff & Phelps team brings together a rare mix of skill, experience, education and credentials in a collegial, collaborative environment. This position involves providing in-depth fundamental analysis and estimates of intrinsic fair values for about 25 - 30 companies within the global real estate securities investment universe. The role requires creating and maintaining complex financial models, taking ownership of primary research coverage, and participating in marketing activities alongside the Global Real Estate team. The position also involves maintaining relationships with senior management of covered companies and effectively communicating complex information.
