Neo4j is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Alliance Director to own and grow our partnership with Microsoft. This role is critical to advancing our joint go-to-market strategy, aligning product roadmaps, coordinating global field sales collaboration, and driving joint revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud data platforms, experience in enterprise technology partnerships, and a passion for driving innovation and revenue with partners.

  • Serve as the primary global point of contact for the Microsoft partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a joint strategic plan that aligns Neo4j’s and Microsoft’s goals, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive alignment meetings with Microsoft counterparts.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue through joint field engagement and enablement across sales, customer success, and solutions engineering teams.
  • Launch and support joint offerings and reference architectures integrating Neo4j and Microsoft (e.g., Fabric).
  • Track, measure, and report on joint sales activity, wins, and impact.
  • Work closely with Neo4j’s sales, marketing, product, and partner engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution of the Microsoft partnership plan.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft partner marketing to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams on technical integration roadmaps and support co-development of solutions such as Graph + GenAI, Graph Data Science with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Own partner governance, documentation, and tracking in CRM and alliance management systems.
  • Act as an internal advocate for Microsoft-related sales opportunities, escalations, and initiatives.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software, ideally with experience in the data, analytics, or AI ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft go-to-market and partner strategies globally.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing Microsoft global technology alliances with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISV/channel partners is a plus.
