The Welfare & Accommodation Manager leads the welfare and safeguarding structure within the summer school to create a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff. In addition, the welfare & accommodation manager supports our best practice and compliant room allocation of everyone resident on campus, ensures relevant damage checks are carried out before arrival and pre-departure. The welfare & accommodation manager is the main point of contact for the university staff in relation to accommodation and catering requirements. They also oversee our guardian system and ensure our activity leaders are trained and aware of their responsibilities as guardians for our students. Our welfare managers work 6 days out of 7 and this is a residential role. We provide full board accommodation as part of the contract.
