About The Position

Support in the deployment of global customer strategy for Global Customer Accounts in the Group and track its implementation.

Requirements

  • Understanding of automotive market dynamics and requirements.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and technical understanding.
  • Ability to develop global customer strategy.
  • Good ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent customer focus ability.
  • Ability to lead a cross functional team.
  • Business level English / other language skill to communicate with customers / members.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Business studies or equivalent preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in global Automotive business at tier 1 level.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to achieve / deliver (KPI) - Customer Satisfaction
  • Support to deliver (Indicator) - Nomination amount / orders received / cost recovery / compensation
  • Support deployment of integrated account plan on global basis based on Div./BU product sales target, cooperating to maximize Astemo customer value.
  • Support in gathering customer insights (Customer mid/long term strategy, expectation to (Astemo), etc.) to update BU Sales on current account priorities / sensitivities.
  • Support in building long-term customer relationships with key persons within key accounts across BU to deliver Astemo value to customer.
  • Perform job with safety and compliance principle.
  • Any other additional tasks/projects/responsibilities as agreed with the manager as appropriate.
  • Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
  • Stepping up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said.
  • Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.
