The Global Account Manager at Vodafone US Inc. is responsible for managing and aligning affiliate and partner relationships to drive profitable and long-term revenue contributions, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase market share through integrated product and service solutions. The role focuses on building go-to-market strategies and exploring sell-through and reseller opportunities with strategic partners. The position requires a deep understanding of the partner customer's business and market, as well as the ability to translate their objectives into relevant Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) propositions.

  • Ensure delivery of all financial targets including revenue, market share, and net margin contribution.
  • Develop and implement partner/reseller account strategy to ensure delivery.
  • Establish relationships with Vodafone customer partners to win new business.
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with key decision makers/influencers up to C Level.
  • Collaborate with all functions within Vodafone to drive the Vodafone Global Enterprise agenda.
  • Support new product and service solutions and ensure seamless introduction to accounts.
  • Assess customer, partner, and reseller market trends and provide timely revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure customer/partner representation at key VGE sounding boards and hospitality events.
  • Decide quality levels, functionality, and capability of services for specific partner customers.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Lead virtual teams across operating companies and geographies.
  • Introduce new products and propositions to key decision makers through relationship management.
  • Participate in preparation of customer meetings designed for partner customer C level.
  • Liaise with Vodafone Global Enterprise Senior Management for executive level sponsorship.
  • 5+ years successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling with strategic partners and resellers.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at C-level.
  • University Degree.
  • Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive sales transformation programs.
  • Deep work experience in Telecommunications / IT Industry.
  • MBA desirable.
