Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Global Account Manager (US Remote) to our team. Reporting to the Head of Sales NAM the Global Account Manager (US Remote) will be in charge of the direct management of our Critical Power solutions and services to Hyperscaler accounts within Data Center space. What a typical day looks like: Deliver growth within existing accounts. Cultivate and manage relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective resolution of issues. Work cross functionally to lead commercial negotiations and manage quote and change order pricing. Update pipeline and sales activity on CRM system (salesforce). Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and drive site focus on efficiency programs. Facilitate information flow and develop growth opportunities. Manage contract negotiations with the support of Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction. Enhance communication and drive best practices across multiple teams. Ensure all client programs are executed in accordance with contracts, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and track business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.
