How you will create an impact We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Accident & Health team at AIG. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, providing training and functional expertise on our CRM & Reporting platform and enabling solutions that drive measurable business value. As a key player in our team, you will leverage your domain knowledge to identify inefficiencies, solve complex problems, and help envision strategic solutions that align with our business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support of CRM systems.
  • At least three years of experience with Salesforce report building, configuration and management of flows and case assignment rules.
  • Proficient knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and providing technical direction amidst uncertainty.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business concepts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing/re-prioritizing workloads on short notice.
  • Working experience of reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze CRM business requirements and functional specifications using Agile project management tools, provide technical teams with requirement walk through sessions as appropriate.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and conflicting business practices, proposing alternative solutions to complex cross-functional problems.
  • Act as a member of a project team, ensuring timely delivery of user improvements and enhancements by effectively employing Agile methodologies.
  • Scope and prioritize CRM enhancement requests with multiple stakeholders, managing and maintaining the product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain strong business customer relationships, serving as the “voice of the customer” to the Global Accident & Health business team.
  • Ensure business and operational readiness for the deployment of new CRM application features and process changes, lead end-user training.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to provide support on business tracking metrics, design reports and data visualizations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards via the CRM platform to enable business monitoring and tracking of A&H sales pipelines across Group A&H, Direct Marketing and 3rd party Partnerships for A&H markets worldwide.
