About The Position
Sitting in the 1st Line, implement, execute and manage risk for Columbia Threadneedle's Distribution and Investment Risk business units. Ensure an integrated risk framework and strong control environment by leading the organization in the proactive identification of risk, continuous control improvement and issue mitigation. Lead a team responsible for risk event management, risk and controls identification, self assessment and testing, risk reporting and governance for global business partners.
