About The Position

Price Chopper Supermarkets is accepting applications for future part-time openings. There are a number of departments within the store. A brief description of each department is listed below. Most hiring activity occurs on the front end and night crew, but we do hire individuals with previous experience into other departments. Price Chopper has a history of promoting from within. We post all our full-time positions internally, so a part-time position could lead to a long career with us if you possess the drive, motivation and desire to help our customers. When you complete the application you can list up to three departments that interest you and/or select 'any department' if you are willing to work anywhere in the store. Requirements

• Associate must be reliable and honest.

• Front End - Provide top-notch service as part of the Six-Star Service program.
• Bakery - Create artisan breads and baked goods.
• Pharmacy - Fill prescriptions and provide health care counseling.
• Floral - Create custom bouquets and manage floral orders.
• Deli/Food Service - Prepare and serve high-quality deli products.
• General Merchandise - Manage non-food items and seasonal products.
• Grocery - Stock and merchandise grocery items.
• Loss Prevention - Ensure store safety and prevent theft.
• Meat - Provide high-quality fresh meat products.
• Produce - Educate customers about fruits and vegetables.
• Seafood - Offer fresh seafood and assist customers with preparation.
• Samples & Sales Demonstrators - Interact with customers and promote store products.
