Glazier Helper
About The Position
We are a busy glass company serving North County Coastal. We're looking for a Glazier Helper to assist with installation of replacement window & door glass, wardrobe doors, showers, related hardware, and various flat glass products such as mirrors and tabletops. We hope our helper will eventually be able to perform some jobs independently. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check is required, but no specific experience is needed, though any construction-related experience is a plus. We will train you. The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate: The ability to follow directions promptly and accurately The ability to learn new skills quickly The ability and willingness to follow all safety protocols Safe driving habits Safe glass handling and ladder setting skills after reasonable training Respectful, appropriate behavior in customers' homes as well as in the shop and office Be: Motivated and punctual A fast learner Detail oriented and organized Able to master training on job skills Polite and cooperative
