About The Position

Viracon LLC Viracon is continuously hiring entry level Production Associates to support our day shift operations in Owatonna, MN. Pay Range: $18.60 – $20.15/hr What You’ll Do You will support manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards. What We’re Looking For This is an entry level role. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a day shift schedule , follow instructions, and work safely in a fast paced environment.
