About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Pane Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating high-quality window panes and related components, ensuring adherence to safety standards and precise specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and tools to ensure high-quality production standards. This role requires you to pass a ruler test to be considered.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using hand tools, CNC machinery, and logic controllers.
• MUST be able to pass measurement test
• 1-2 years of production experience - working with glass previously is a plus!
• Background requirements: NO FELONIES

Responsibilities

• You will be a part of the complete glass fabrication and production process
• Will be fabricating - complete edging, drilling, laminating, etching of glass
• Lift and transfer glass panels that weigh up to 50-60lbs - heavy lifting involved
• Cut glass paneling to precise measurement
• Sand, grind, and laser print on glass panels
• Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accuracy in production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
