About The Position

The Bottle Labeling Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automatic and semi-automatic labeling machines to ensure bottles are labeled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The operator works as part of the production team and is expected to meet daily output goals while ensuring product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust, and operate the glass bottle labeling machine according to standard operating procedures.
Perform machine adjustments and settings based on bottle size and label type.
Ensure labels are correctly positioned, clean, and properly adhered to the bottles according to specifications.
Conduct visual inspections of bottles before and after labeling to detect any defects.
Load labels, adhesives, and other necessary materials into the machine.
Record production data and report any issues or deviations to the supervisor.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of the labeling machine.
Follow all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Assist with packing, palletizing, or other production line duties when needed.
Participate in technical training and continuous improvement initiatives.
