Requirements

Enterprise GIS architecture experience (platform governance, patterns, documentation, service management).
Hands-on understanding of CAD/BIM + GIS enterprise workflows and QA processes.

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering in regulated / operationally critical environments (airport ops, public safety, infrastructure).

Responsibilities

Define GIS governance: standards, data stewardship, environment strategy, and controls for how GIS services are requested, built, published, and maintained.
Produce an implementation plan for an integrated geospatial platform , including gap analysis of workflows, staffing model, and functional areas (admin, data management, system administration, user support).
Establish policies and patterns for BIM/GIS integration and lifecycle management in airport environments.
Create standards for CAD/BIM to GIS handoff, versioning, QA, and “single source of truth” alignment across engineering and operations.
Define security requirements and controls aligned to compliance expectations referenced by MDAD solicitations (including FedRAMP-aligned practices where required).
