About The Position
The GIS IT Support Specialist will provide technical support for Esri ArcGIS applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues related to ArcGIS Desktop, Enterprise applications, cloud products, and mobile applications. The role involves analyzing support requests, providing user instruction, and assisting the GIS/IT teams in implementing solutions. The specialist will also develop resources for the GDOT GIS User Group and conduct training programs to enhance user productivity.
