About The Position

The primary objective of this engagement is to ensure the continued enhancement, as well as maintenance and operational support of ECOSphere, which includes its seamless integration with other systems/applications, by leveraging the expertise of highly qualified technical professionals. Requirements

  • Development of geospatial applications using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGOL
  • Build and maintain spatial APIs and geospatial webservices
  • Strong proficiency Python, JavaScript, and ArcPy
  • Experience integrating geospatial services with enterprise applications and APIs
  • Development of interactive mapping applications and spatial dashboards
  • Experience managing vector, raster, and spatial datasets
  • Strong knowledge of spatial databases (PiostGIS, SQL Server Spatial, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience in the Implementation of spatial analysis workflows including habitat modeling, range analysis, and spatial analysis and statistics
  • Experience with large-scale geospatial datasets and cloud-hosted GIS services
  • Strong experience with Integration of GIS services with data platforms, analytics pipelines, and regulatory workflow systems
  • Experience supporting federal geospatial standards and metadata requirements
  • Ability to work in mission-driven scientific and regulatory environments

  • Experience collaborating with biologists, analysts, and federal program staff
  • Understanding of data governance and interagency data sharing
