The GIS Data Administrator & Asset Management Lead plays a critical role in advancing DOTI’s strategic objectives by leveraging spatial data and technology to support informed decision-making and by leading the implementation of asset management best practices. This position serves as a department-wide influencer, managing GIS professionals, guiding geospatial functions, and driving asset management strategies that optimize infrastructure lifecycle performance. This position is pivotal in ensuring DOTI’s infrastructure assets are managed strategically and sustainably. By combining GIS expertise with asset management leadership, the role enhances operational efficiency, optimizes resource allocation, and supports long-term planning for DOTI.
