  • Plan and execute end-of-program 5K events and special events.
  • Communicate program impact and volunteer opportunities via social media and newsletters.

  • Provide program reports for board meetings and grant reports.
  • Passion for the Girls on the Run mission and effective communication skills regarding empowerment and health issues.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across various audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.
  • Self-starter with initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong technological proficiency including email, Google Drive, Canva, and database software.
  • Experience with youth development programs or volunteer management.
  • Working proficiency or fluency in Spanish.
