Responsibilities

• Manage program operations for up to 30 sites each semester.
• Support and coordinate 5K events.
• Build and maintain relationships within the community.
• Implement the Girls on the Run strategic plan to achieve growth goals.
• Engage and inform educators, community members, and families about the program.
• Serve as the primary contact for school staff, volunteers, and parents/caregivers.
• Utilize CRM software and project management tools to track records.
• Recruit and manage volunteers, ensuring diversity in staffing.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for coaches and volunteers.
• Plan and execute end-of-program 5K events and special events.
• Communicate program impact and volunteer opportunities via social media and newsletters.
• Represent the organization at community events and engage with stakeholders.
• Provide program reports for board meetings and grant reports.
