About The Position

The Carson City School District is seeking a High School Girls Tennis Coach for Carson High School. This position is open to both employees of the district and external applicants. The application period will close on February 18, 2025, or until the position is filled. The role begins in the 2025-2026 school year and offers a salary based on a 6% licensed salary schedule at step one in the Master's Degree column. Candidates recommended for hire must complete a First Aid/AED/CPR course prior to starting. If candidates already possess a valid First Aid/AED/CPR card, they should upload a copy with their application.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, High School Transcript, GED, or a degree from a higher education college/university.
• Last three evaluations or documentation explaining the absence of evaluations.
• Ability to develop self-discipline within team members.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen test.

• Bi-Lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of the assignment and its responsibilities.
• Ensure knowledge of the rules of the sport.
• Understand and apply Carson City School District Policies and Regulations related to student activities.
