As a Beauty Sales Associate at Neiman Marcus, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Beauty Sales effort within the store. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, particularly focusing on the assigned vendor line, while also addressing their needs throughout the Beauty Department and the store. This position requires you to work on-site in your designated store and report directly to the Beauty Sales Manager. In this role, you will be expected to develop strong customer relationships by consistently delivering high levels of service, positioning yourself as the beauty expert and representative of the store. You will utilize various technology tools and clientele resources to establish, develop, and maintain these client relationships effectively. Additionally, you will help manage stock levels and communicate any selling trends, as well as issues related to out-of-stock or overstocked merchandise. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the visual standards of both the vendor and the store, collaborating with the store's visual team to ensure that the area is properly merchandised. You will maximize relationships to ensure successful planning and execution of events, contributing to the overall success of the Beauty Department.
