A sense of urgency, friendly outgoing demeanor, professionalism, and a positive attitude are all necessary qualities that we look for in our ESP's. We do high volumes of business so you must be able to handle 5-7 table sections and maintain a calm and collected presence at all times. We have high standards for guest service and always aim to go above and beyond to set ourselves apart from the rest.
