About The Position

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers millions of times a day. The Gift Solutions Intern supports the Gift Solutions Creative Services team by helping design and deliver high-quality physical and digital gift card experiences for premium and SMB clients. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to translate design briefs into production-ready artwork, managing files and samples with strong attention to detail, and consistently delivering on time while learning gift card product specifications and print production standards.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028 in Graphic Communications, or Advertising Design.
• 3.0+ GPA.
• Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization and should not require future sponsorship.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous business internship experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design physical and digital gift cards along with packaging for our premium clients.
• Ability to take ownership of a design project from start to finish.
• Preparation and preflight of client artwork files for packaging and print production.
• Cataloging art files and physical products in the creative server and sample repository.
• High quality execution and on time delivery of assigned projects.
• Understanding design briefs and applying information to meet client expectations.
• Extensive knowledge of typography, layout and design principles.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment to deliver design solutions.
• Learning gift card products, attributes, specifications, and the print production processes.
