About The Position

The Third Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Gift Shop Manager in the
daily operations of the Gift Shop, including supervising volunteers, assisting
with merchandising, managing inventories, and executing special projects as
assigned. This role helps ensure a welcoming and efficient retail environment
aligned with Connecticut Children’s mission and values.
