About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Gift Shop Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $46,000-$63,000 per year. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm . For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-6:00pm. Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
  • Supporting the Gift Shop Manager in all phases of day-to-day store operations
  • Address any escalated customer concerns in a professional and helpful manner
  • Manage corporate basket shop orders from concept creation
  • Schedule department personnel to ensure that service standards and productivity needs are met while achieving departmental labor objectives
  • Assist with payroll and invoice management as needed
  • Assist with ordering all product and supplies used in creating This includes obtaining the best cost-of-goods to ensure maximum profit with each item, tracking inventory and ordering additional supplies when necessary
  • Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safe work practices and shopping environment are maintained at all times
  • Maintain equipment and work area through proper use, cleaning, maintenance and repairs to maximize life expectancy and minimize cost of operation
  • Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner.
