About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Gift Shop Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $46,000-$63,000 per year. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm . For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-6:00pm. A high school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of retail experience

Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting customers
Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
Supporting the Gift Shop Manager in all phases of day-to-day store operations
Address any escalated customer concerns in a professional and helpful manner
Manage corporate basket shop orders from concept creation
Schedule department personnel to ensure that service standards and productivity needs are met while achieving departmental labor objectives
Assist with payroll and invoice management as needed
Assist with ordering all product and supplies used in creating This includes obtaining the best cost-of-goods to ensure maximum profit with each item, tracking inventory and ordering additional supplies when necessary
Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safe work practices and shopping environment are maintained at all times
Maintain equipment and work area through proper use, cleaning, maintenance and repairs to maximize life expectancy and minimize cost of operation
Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner.
