Requirements

Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

Responsibilities

Coordination of vendor orders and product delivery schedules.
Communication and collaboration with Alaska Lodge Gift Shop Management and staff at multiple warehouse locations in Seattle and Alaska.
Management of invoicing using our accounting systems, Oracle & Markview.
Migration of Purchase Order and Receipts data from a Point-of-Sale (POS) system to our accounting systems.
Purchase Order entry into a Point-of-sale (POS) system.
Report generation and updates using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
Policy Manual updates and distribution.
Occasional physical warehouse work (must be able and willing to lift up to 40lbs).
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
