The only thing missing is you! The Gift Shop Coordinator is responsible for stocking merchandise and utilizing the point of sales system. This role coordinates the day-to-day operations of store merchandising, builds product knowledge, and provides assistance and support in the selection of products to meet customer needs. Additionally, the coordinator assists and provides support for volunteers. The position requires the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. It also involves dealing with a variety of people, managing stressful situations, and handling conflict. The coordinator will perform all job duties or tasks as assigned and must adhere to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency, as well as comply with all Benefis Health System's organization policies and procedures.
