About The Position
Buffalo Trace Distillery is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and strive to make every consumer contact an influential raving fan of the Buffalo Trace Distillery and Buffalo Trace bourbon. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all Buffalo Trace visitors, encouraging tour visitors to visit the gift shop, making suggestions for purchases, and helping visitors locate their desired items. Additionally, the role involves monitoring inventory in the gift shop and re-stocking as necessary. The candidate will partner with other tour guides and gift shop associates to generate revenues and create raving fans of the Buffalo Trace Distillery and bourbon. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
