Reformed Theological Seminary exists to serve the Church by preparing its leaders, through a program of graduate theological education, based upon the authority of the inerrant Word of God, and commitment to the Reformed Faith. The Gift Processor reports to the Coordinator of Development Operations and plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely entry of all donations into the Raiser’s Edge, which serves as the central record processor for RTS donor giving. This position is responsible for coding gifts, producing detailed reports, preparing and mailing donor acknowledgments, and maintaining up-to-date constituent records with the highest degree of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and dependable, capable of managing daily gift processing tasks that directly support the work of the Development and Accounting teams. By safeguarding data integrity and ensuring donors receive prompt acknowledgment, this role strengthens donor relationships and supports RTS’s mission with excellence and integrity. This is an hourly, part-time position, averaging 15–20 hours per week, and is based at the RTS Jackson campus.
