About The Position

This position will develop and implement gift planning strategies and activities
to carry forward the mission and vision of Mayo Clinic. The Gift Planning
Associate Director will provide strategic support for development officers and
other development professionals to advance planned and complex gifts. The Gift
Planning Associate Director also will close planned gifts made by unassigned
benefactors and will build and manage a portfolio of planned giving prospects.
Development professionals at Mayo Clinic are required to adhere to the "Donor
Bill of Rights" and ethical standards set forth for the department and the
institution.
