About The Position

The Gift Associate at Buc-ee's enhances the customer experience by managing the gift items in the store. This role involves receiving, stocking, and merchandising unique gift products, as well as creating visual displays to attract customers. Requirements

• Previous retail, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
• Ability to stand and walk on hard or concrete surfaces for long periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and merchandise Buc-ee's unique gift items.
• Create visual merchandising displays to attract customers.
• Complete assigned tasks such as pricing and selling efficiently.
• Build positive working relationships with store management and team members.
• Execute the company's visual presentation through product pricing and merchandising.
• Use Point Of Sale and transaction devices for receiving and checking in goods.
• Identify and resolve customer and store needs with moderate supervision.
• Perform other duties as required.
