Work Flexibility: Field-based This is a regional role. Travel throughout the region will be required. Ideally, this person would live in or around the Youngstown, Ohio area, as you will be traveling to Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA frequently. Applicable travel expenses will be covered. What you will do · As a GI (Gastroenterology) Sales Associate you will promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASCs, while providing excellent customer service and developing the customer relationship with doctors, nurses and appropriate staff personnel · You are responsible for educating and informing Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use and maintenance of specified Stryker ST Products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs · You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. · You assist in post-sale implementation and training for Neptune S and POM mask to ensure customer adoption of and satisfaction with the product and drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers · You are responsible for meeting targeted annual budgeted objectives for ST GI products within your assigned geography · As a GI Sales Associate, you love driving in the fast lane and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better. What you need · Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university · 1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred · Strong inter-personal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management. · Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills. Travel requirement: · Approximately 60% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile. Physical requirements: · Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects · Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention Mental requirements: · Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise · Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict · Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication · Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision · Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records · Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people · Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment Stryker will provide: · In-house product training program · Field sales training · $70,000 annual salary plus expenses up to $1,500/month and may be eligible to earn bonuses + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
