About The Position

The Division of Digestive Diseases at UCLA Health is seeking a qualified and motivated GI Psychologist to join the Integrative Digestive Health and Wellness program team. This position is critical in providing integrative health care to patients suffering from digestive disorders. Under the guidance of the Integrative Health and Wellness Program Director, the GI Psychologist will ensure the implementation of GI Psychology best practices by offering consultation and comprehensive behavioral health care within a specialty medical care environment. The role emphasizes evidence-based, integrative clinical practice, and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients with digestive diseases at UCLA. The GI Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological clinical services to patients with gastrointestinal conditions and associated behavioral health issues. This includes consulting with Gastroenterologists on the management of patients who present with both GI and behavioral health conditions. The ideal candidate will also contribute to ongoing programmatic initiatives within the Division, aimed at advancing integrative health care practices. The position offers a target annual salary range of $125,510 to $165,558, reflecting the importance of this role in enhancing patient care and outcomes.
