About The Position

We are seeking a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to support financial and program coordination activities for a Base Operations Support (BASOPS) contract at Rivanna Station, VA. This role serves as the primary liaison between program management and financial systems, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and execution of contract-related financial data within the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead will work directly with the Project Manager and government stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, accountability, and compliance.  This role supports a potential contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • GFEBS certification or demonstrated GFEBS experience (required)
  • Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Army financial management processes
  • Strong understanding of cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting in a federal environment
  • Experience working on federal contracts or programs
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead coordinator for all GFEBS-related activities supporting contract performance
  • Manage and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), cost elements, and funding data within GFEBS
  • Track and reconcile labor costs, material costs, and contract expenditures
  • Support budget execution, funding allocation, and financial reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with the PM, COR, and government resource management personnel on financial status and funding actions
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and reconciliation within GFEBS
  • Monitor funding availability, burn rates, and cost performance
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, briefings, and documentation for internal and government stakeholders
  • Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks related to financial management
  • Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Provide guidance to program staff on GFEBS processes and financial procedures
