Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the online Healthcare Administration bachelor's degree program and related courses. Leading, if approved, the development and accreditation of a new master's degree in Healthcare Administration, including assembling a team of subject-matter experts, guiding curriculum development, establishing assessment processes, and securing all required accreditation approvals. Motivating, mentoring, evaluating, and coaching adjunct faculty, as well as recruiting and training new faculty members as needed, including maintaining GFD online adjunct training. Managing Canvas faculty course sites for assigned content areas by approving syllabi and course sites and overseeing assessment tools. Attending regular GFD team meetings and working closely with other Program Directors, the Associate Dean, the Program Coordinator, the Registrar, and Admissions and Enrollment staff to ensure program excellence. Teaching an online course load of 12-15 credits across an 11-month academic year. Demonstrating Christian leadership and serving as a role model to students through actions, words, and lifestyle, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.
