About The Position

Step into FritoLay’s GES world Picture this: your shift begins in our state-of-the-art Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) warehouse. Lights blink on automated lines, carts glide down lanes, and you’re the conductor—keeping the flow smooth, safe, and on time. You’ll start as a GES Picker/Loader, and from there, we’ll invest in your growth. This role can open doors across FritoLay and our parent company, PepsiCo. What a day can look like Keep label/print machines humming—spot issues early and clear jams fast. Run the auto case erector (ACE) to build precise, sturdy cases. Manage Empty Carton Recycle: sort, organize, and feed usable cartons back into the GES system. Handle carts with care—stage, store, and secure them in the warehouse and in trailers. Use required technology to pick the right product for every order. Load trailers using carts or by stacking cases directly on trailer floors. Distribute product and assist with weekly inventory counts. Tackle housekeeping and sanitation tasks—sweep floors, clean trailers, take out trash, and more. Environment and schedule We run 24/7.
