About The Position

As the customer support agent you will be interacting with customers on the phone or via email. Some of your daily tasks include: Handling calls and mails from customers regarding payment issues, service issues, cancellations, and other product related inquries Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

  • You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
  • You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
  • You have strong communication skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer care is an advantage.
