About The Position

Talent Consultants is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Geriatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, specializing in the care of older adults. Requirements

Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; specific experience in geriatric care is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of age-related health issues, chronic disease management, and medications related to geriatric care.
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to establish rapport with elderly patients and their families, demonstrating empathy and respect.
Knowledge of community resources and support systems for older adults.
BLS certification required; certification in geriatric nursing (e.g., GNC) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and effectively communicate care plans.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
