These positions will be 7:00am-7:00pm working in our Skilled Nursing Healthcare Center. What You'll Do as a CLV GNA: Provide residents with high quality daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. Assist residents with activities of daily living. Complete required documentation in a timely manner. Requirements

  • Must hold a current certification and GNA license
  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with older adult residents
  • Ability to listen attentively is essential
  • A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
  • Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with older adult residents to increase their comfort level
  • Current CPR Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus
  • Prior knowledge organizing social activities for older adult residents is a plus

Responsibilities
