About The Position

If you are a Geriatric Nursing Assistant with a true passion for patient care and compassion for others, with a commitment to teamwork, apply for the GNA position today! This position offers both full-time and part-time PRN opportunities with 8 or 12 hour shifts available.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed GNA in good standing with the state
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
• GNAs must be caring individuals dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens
• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/recording vital signs
• Performing other/similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary
